What's inside a complete unit
The entire bill of materials — standard, off-the-shelf hardware plus a handful of printed parts. Nothing proprietary, nothing you can't source or replace yourself. The dot columns show what ships in each tier, every part is priced right in the row (tap a part name for its SKU and details), and the repairability promise holds: a $10 motor failure costs $10 — not a new unit.

Kits are picked up top; the Extras column is for spare parts on the side. If your extras add up to something a kit does cheaper, we'll say so below — your cart is never changed for you.
The clutch is just fiber friction washers clamped in the drive stack by the M4 hardware — it transmits drive torque, slips on overload, and gives way to a hand on the cord. No gearbox to strip, no secrets.
Assembled units carry a 90-day limited warranty; kits and STLs ship as-is. Read the warranty & firmware policy.
