Rod adapters
Print an adapter for your tilt rod.
The kit ships with adapters for the most common rods. If yours is something else, measure it here and print your own: every adapter has the same outside, which keys into the TiltForge worm wheel, and a bore cut to your rod.

Pick your kind of blind — each only uses a few rods — or search a brand.

2 · Shape and size
Six flat sides. Measure flat to opposite flat, not corner to corner.
Calipers on the rod itself, not the hole it goes through. Inches can be fractions: 1/4, 9/32.

Printing
PETG, 0.4 mm nozzle, 0.12 mm layers, 100% infill — it is small and it carries all the torque. Print it as it downloads: collar face on the bed. If it won't slide onto the rod, step the fit up one and print again.
Sizes you download are logged — shape and measurements only — so the ones people actually have can go in the box next time. Not sure the drive fits your blinds at all? Check the headrail first.
